Lisa Armstrong
After achieving a BSc in Foods and Nutrition at Brescia University College affiliated with The University of Western Ontario, Lisa completed a Dietetic Internship at ARAMARK Canada Inc. Prior to that Lisa graduated from George Brown College in the Fitness and Lifestyle Management Program. After completing a dietetic internship to become a Registered Dietitian she joined the healthcare team at Emkiro Health Services. Lisa's passion has always been for one-on-one counselling and helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. She specializes in general health/disease prevention, weight-loss, sports nutrition, heart health and meal planning.
Nutrition and fitness are the keys to health and wellness which is reflected in her lifestyle both personally and professionally. Lisa enjoys a variety of activities such as weight training and teaching a wide variety of fitness classes including boot camp.
