Kara Foley
Kara Foley obtained her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. Also holding degree in Honours Kinesiology from McMaster University, Kara has been involved in the health and fitness industry since 2000. Her active involvements have included personal training, spinning, strength and conditioning, and sport therapy for varsity and national athletes.
Kara also holds a certificate in Leukotape K taping and is registered with Canadian Physiotherapy Association and the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
