Dr. Sapna Sriram
Dr. Sapna Sriram holds an Honors Bachelor degree in Biology from McMaster University and is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, obtaining Cum Laude. She holds a certificate in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University, and is also a certified Active Release Techniques (ART) provider for full body; Spine, Lower Limb, Upper Limb modules, and Nerve Entrapment. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Dr. Sriram is also currently pursuing her Masters in Business Administration at the Schulich School of Business as part of her dedication to enhancing integrated health care models and policies.
Dr. Sriram uses a multidisciplinary model of healthcare and rehabilitation, which focuses on incorporating the latest evidence based practices in manual medicine. To complement her integrated approach to healthcare, she co-manages her patients with many other health practitioners including physiotherapists, family physicians, massage therapists, and specialists. Dr. Sriram is well respected for her detail to patient care and her dedication to exceed their expectations.
Dr. Sriram believes that a well-rounded approach including proper nutrition, exercise, stress management and education can help patients achieve an enhanced quality of life. Her diverse athletic, academic and personal background allows her to excel in managing occupational, athletic and other common musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.
