Dr. Farzana Haq
Dr. Farzana Haq received her M.D degree from the University of Toronto and completed her residency in Family Medicine at the University of Toronto, St. Josephs Health Centre. She also holds a BSc. And MSc. In Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Western Ontario.
Dr. Haq holds certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and holds an independent license to practice issued by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
